Kelly Peterschmidt

 Kelly Peterschmidt is the Founder and Director of Porchlight Friends, a nonprofit dedicated to reducing loneliness and helping older adults remain safely and independently in their homes. With more than 20 years of experience serving the Pikes Peak region, Kelly has worked with organizations such as Silver Key Senior Services and CASA of the Pikes Peak Region, in addition to serving as a hospice volunteer coordinator supporting patients and families at end of life. Through these experiences, she saw firsthand the profound impact that connection, compassion, and practical support can have on people’s lives.

Kelly founded Porchlight Friends to ensure older adults have access to meaningful companionship and assistance in the home so they can continue living with dignity and connection in their communities.
